Another sunday, another irrelevant episode. Guys at least we can enjoy a 40 minute special of Demon Slayer for the last episode and our weekly dose of attack on titan (☞゚ヮ゚)☞

Ban Tae Akiyama • 2 years ago

Can't wait until after two weeks, it'll be an epic fight, I like how the Pirates are nerfed on this one, just like One Piece...imagine they put Luffy's pirate theme while they fight. Oh boy. Let the hell begin.

Midnight Lore • 2 years ago

That's what I'm waiting for lool

Ban Tae Akiyama • 2 years ago

Kirito • 2 years ago

PAWgerz • 2 years ago

It's 40m aired on TV so ads took off the 8 minutes

DigitalFox • 2 years ago

Ye

Sarada, c'mon at least tie those pirates after you knock them out. Might've saved you a couple of minutes. Or throw them off the cliff.

Divine demon GOD Aris • 2 years ago

I was wondering why they just left them laying there

Agissea • 2 years ago

they are mob character, so since they don't kill them, they can just regroup later and we will have someone ask "how do they get an army that big ?" (because all the mob are still alive but stunned, so later, they regroup with the rest of the army^^) (unless we hear someone "the country magically sent police ninja to capture all those, to deplete the pirates of their mob" since all the tasks are done by the mob character, not by the strong pirates who only give orders most of the time)

Anonyms • 2 years ago

I think its going pretty good for a side arc..

sPaGhetTi<3 • 2 years ago

thats what im sayint! i mean people need to start appreciating the effort they are putting into making the fillers better.. i mean imo it iss getting a lil better..i can wait for it to be better

O agar • 2 years ago

Ha I dont know what are people on about, are people still coming here to complain about Boruto? I thought this filler was quite interesting and well done. They are doing real ninja thing.

sPaGhetTi<3 • 2 years ago

yessur , glad there are ppl like you!

Cursed Username • 2 years ago

The previous episode was kinda awful. This one is just okay.

Eyes Without A Face • 2 years ago

The previous one was a whole bunch of nothing, this one at least had a little substance

Roberto • 2 years ago

More interesting than one piece

Heavenly Demon • 2 years ago

At least one piece has comedy, this is straight up boring

Roberto • 2 years ago

At leat this filler is progressing quite fast and straight to the point.. Just hope next week they dont drag the whole episode with sanji get caught for his stupidity :(

LowJack187 • 2 years ago

Boring no jutsu!

Agissea • 2 years ago

again, Boruto being a ninja (supposed to kill people -kunai being a weapon to stab people :o) but always thinking of only disarming/stunning his enemies... (given that they are too many against too few Konoha ninja, at some point, they will still be a treat unless killed -like if some decide to try to leap on Boruto through numbers to restrain him while he is focused on the great ninja we saw in that ep, he can't dogde them all and will be captured)
(plus his rasengan which can destroy a mountain but do not kill anyone when used on humans)

NekoNeko • 2 years ago

Naruto never killed his opponents either. Everytime in a fight, someone else would get the kills on the opponents. Sakura has a higher body count than Naruto does. His Rasengans never kill people, they majorly damage them to incapacitation... but never death.

The only "kills" Naruto has, are on the already dead pain brigade.

Kyuubi Kitsune-san • 2 years ago

Nope, Pain also had the chance to survive even though he chose to believe Naruto, but he also chose to revive the ppl he killed in exchange for his life, so Naruto didn't kill him. It was Pain/Nagato's own will

Eyes Without A Face • 2 years ago

He meant the Six Paths of Pain, not nagato himself

Kyuubi Kitsune-san • 2 years ago

Ahh I see, but Naruto defeated them all as well with senjutsu lol

Deus The Great • 2 years ago

Yes, the definition of let someone dirty their hands instead of me who's the MC policy.

Lupu Pupu • 2 years ago

he killed kakazu wtf u talkin about

Cursed Username • 2 years ago

Kakashi killed Kakazu. Kakuzu was still alive after his acupuncture appointment.

Kubey • 2 years ago

Would you say the same irl?
What this show has already been about is also trying to obtain peace, and both getting higher moral standards and the advancement of technology making the old ways become obsolete is what we are seeing.

Agissea • 2 years ago

The thing is : when they incapacitate people, we don't see if someone caugh them and they become prisoners of war (or just criminals in prison), meaning if no one does, they might just leave and continue stealing/killing people. so unless we believe someone magically caugh them out of nowhere (here in that ep, that would mean the country dispatching lot of ninjas as police to capture them and get them to jail), they are free to rampage once again. (most of those pirate/ninja group need their mob character for every task, so if you kill or capture them, you will have the strong named characters doing laundry, cleaning and cooking instead :p)

same when they are stunned and they hide the bodies, the series is made so they finished by the time they are awake (since no killing) and get an alarm, but if not, they could ring an alarm while they didn't end their mission yet. (if they weren't spotted yet -if anyone see that no guard is at their post, you might believe it is an attack)

it is not that I want them to kill everyone they met instead of stunning them, just that they are training with jutsu supposed to do heavy damage (and killing if the series allowed that) and yet, they can only think about not killing anyone. (the group has ships so if you stun everyone on that island, they will just wake and regroup and keep their rampage, enslaving another village ; meanwhile it is not the ninjas who will be the victims but civilians "collateral damages")

Which is why at the end, when Mitsuki explains her point of view : killed or be killed, it seems more logical as a ninja -unlike most of the "don't kill anyone" ninja like Boruto. (plus this is a show with limited ep time, you can't have Naruto/Boruto saying "I understand you, try to become an active member of society instead of a criminal" to every people they met on missions and the criminal magically understand his mistake and reform)

(but I understand that Naruto/Boruto is mostly about not killing most people while not capturing most of the mob they easily defeat -or they quickly wouldn't have "criminals to capture mission" anymore)

I still like Naruto/Boruto series or I wouldn't be there ! Just that while not killing everyone is fine, as a "ninja" the way he believe not to kill is the right way is weird. (he probably kill the strong enemies sometimes but it isn't shawn as such since they don't check "oh he is dead, way to go Boruto, you got stronger !" )

Esenpai • 2 years ago

You must be new here lol Naruto did the same shit.

Agissea • 2 years ago

not new, I just thought they would act differently at some point despite the "peaceful modern country". (since the sword ninja act more "killed or be killed", at some point, I thought it would be like in Arifureta where the guard leard (important character) said "sorry, I planned to make you kill some bandits to make you accustomed to the fact you have to kill your enemies in that world, you can't spare them and take those to jail" to the Yuusha) (plus I always thought someone killed Naruto's enemies in his place after he defeat them without killing -rasengan destroying mountains but not killing anyone)

Esenpai • 2 years ago

Naruto had many moments where he could've (and probably should've) killed his enemies but didn't and he lived in a time with way more strife and killing than Boruto could probably even imagine. Can't imagine why anyone who's watched Naruto would be surprised that doesn't have a killing disposition.

Kyuubi Kitsune-san • 2 years ago

He couldn't destroy a mountain with that current rasengan or fuuton rasengan he has for now. His fuuton rasengan is like just a little bit higher than rasengan damage, but maybe if he go into harsh training like how Naruto trained, he'd power up his fuuton rasengan and rasengan more, but not to a point that he'd destroy a mountain lol

Katagiri • 2 years ago

actually it can even destroy mutli-mpuntain
he can be easily scaled upto city level just look at current manga

Kyuubi Kitsune-san • 2 years ago

I don't read the manga, but if it's Borushiki or with karma activated, I wouldn't be surprised, but since right now in anime, Boruto's fuuton rasengan in his base form seems really impossible to destroy a whole mountain with his current age and training way rn.

Agissea • 2 years ago

yes but destroying a big rock (moutain is a way too much yet, yes) with that jutsu but only stunning an enemy, is it really possible ? like Chidori percing things but not killing people. (but yes, the idea was that I believed the hero never "kills" (despite his jutsu strengh against nature -rock tree wall, whatever they got destroyed, just not human skin with or without chakra armor) but someone (one of his friend) always killed for him to keep his hand clean, but in my mind, it was always "they always kill their enemy, there isn't jail good enough to keep that much people -some really strong people most of the time"

Kyuubi Kitsune-san • 2 years ago

I doubt kishimoto thought of it as "don't let the main character kill while his friends do the killing" thing at all lol. The reason why Kishimoto did it that way is because of the definition of "hero" and what a person must choose aspire to, compared to the hero's friends or comrades, just by looking at the show, that killing is in simpler or simplest term, bad. But actually, the characters have their own personalities and stuffs, that can reflect to what everyone that is watching and relates to us if there's a need to make make us realize something wrong we have done and being able to see ourselves from a character who's similar to the way we are can help us understand things better. Example is that you had a choice even though you felt like killing and you knew what is right and what is wrong, but if you chose to kill, that'll be a sin.(My mother is an example of Naruto actually😅😆in short, I saw the way she is and yeah, except that she'd not want to be a leader like him lol)

Kwarevo • 2 years ago

Save the small hostages will successful, but sometimes save the big hostages will failed

Moriarty • 2 years ago

I wanted to see more intense and longer fight scenes but I guess I'll just have to wait for the anime to catch up to the manga for that:)

Sarada and Mitsuki never disappoint tho

LowJack187 • 2 years ago

Lets see how they do against automatic weapons!

Darlatteyy (datte) • 2 years ago

yeah ikr

kappa123 • 2 years ago

200+ episodes of boruto passed and 700+ of naruto and people still cant understand that they cant release canon episode every week since it will outpace the manga but yet they are crying about filler episodes ( which arc is pretty nice for a filler). You hate character development arcs like random teams doing random missions because they are boring..you hate arcs with quite some action like this one. Why dont u write down a list of desired episodes u want to see? Maybe writers read your ideas and actually make them happen. Otherwise stop smoking w/e u have been smoking all this time it s not good for your health xd

Skylark • 2 years ago

EXACTLY. Its nice to see people who can actually assess the good and bad points of things (specially in cases like this show). U guys are awesome

Agissea • 2 years ago

yes, while I don't love every filler arc but I like that they show some characters which aren't the "main" (like the mini-Kakashi who defeat Inojin, like the girl team with the samurai)

I can't understand why someone would come watch 2min and then skip if not canon, that is still the Boruto series they say they like, you can't have 100% canon episodes.

Watching ep showing how characters develop is important, since they are already shawn as great ninja, often better than most adults ninja (who trained the same way for their whole life too) just because they are named (named meaning important for the show -even if the characters only appear on filler)

Rayquaze • 2 years ago

Just start the code arc already .I am waiting like hell

Divine demon GOD Aris • 2 years ago

we are almost caught up to the manga

Darlatteyy (datte) • 2 years ago

me too

AlongCameSK • 2 years ago
